Problems I'm Working On
The questions I keep returning to - across applied AI, the businesses adopting it, and the value unlock opportunities it's creating.
Applied AI
How do emerging AI capabilities translate into real-world impact - in healthcare, governance, and everyday commerce? These are not just technical problems. They require institutional design, trust-building, and context-specific deployment.
Healthcare
How can voice-based and conversational AI improve healthcare access in low-literacy populations? What does responsible deployment look like when patient data meets AI interfaces? How do you build AI tools that work within the constraints of India's fragmented healthcare system?
More detail coming soon. Get in touch if you're working on this.
Governance
How do governments and regulated institutions build genuine capacity for AI adoption - not just technical training, but organizational readiness, governance frameworks, and change management at scale? What does responsible AI adoption look like in public institutions with legacy infrastructure and accountability constraints?
More detail coming soon. Get in touch if you're working on this.
Retail & Consumer Goods
How do consumer brands use AI to build deeper market understanding and accelerate go-to-market decisions - especially in complex, multi-market contexts?
More detail coming soon. Get in touch if you're working on this.
Finance
How do regulated financial institutions build AI adoption pathways that satisfy both innovation mandates and regulatory accountability? How does Digital Public Infrastructure - credit rails, identity layers, frictionless lending interfaces - change who gets access to capital, and on what terms?
I worked on these questions at the Reserve Bank Innovation Hub, developing a risk-based AI governance framework and advising on the global growth strategy for India's Unified Lending Interface (ULI). I've authored strategy papers on Credit DPI adoption for African and Southeast Asian markets, and on AI use cases across retail, SME, commercial, and central banking applications.

Elder Care
How can AI tools improve coordination and quality of care for elderly populations - particularly in the context of NRI families managing parents' healthcare across distance and fragmented providers? What's the right balance between technology and human care?
More detail coming soon. Get in touch if you're working on this.
