Spirituality

I maintain a serious engagement with Vedic astrology, the Ramcharitmanas, and meditation practices. These aren't casual interests - they're frameworks I use to understand purpose, time, and uncertainty.

Animals & Rescue

I have a profound connection with animals, particularly cats. I support animal rescue work and believe in the responsibility we have toward creatures who cannot advocate for themselves.

Adventure Sports

Rappelling

Skydiving, PADI-certified diving, ziplining, rappelling - deliberately chosen because they scared me. I've always believed that growth lives on the other side of fear, and that the only way to find out what you're capable of is to put yourself somewhere you can't fake it. The clarity that comes from committing to something that frightens you - the focus, the risk calibration, the ability to stay grounded when the stakes are real - that's the same mental discipline I bring to high-stakes decisions at work. You don't learn that in a boardroom.

Travel & Languages

Travelled to 16+ countries across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Living and working across four countries has made me fluent in reading context - how systems, cultures, and institutions operate differently depending on where you are. Travel is less about tourism and more about pattern recognition.

I speak English and Hindi, and have learnt both French and Sanskrit - two languages as different from each other as they could be, and both endlessly rewarding.

Writing

I also write about society, culture, and the questions that make people uncomfortable. You can find that work at The Uncomfortable Enquiry →

Performing Arts

I've been learning piano for the past couple of years, and I've sung for most of my life - both casually, without a performance goal attached. There's something about learning an instrument as an adult that's clarifying in a way that's hard to explain. Guitar is next. I occasionally share these on Instagram - unpolished and in progress, which is exactly the point.
