About

Bio

I am a strategist and operator with 16+ years of international experience across the US, UK, Singapore, and India. My work spans digital innovation, go-to-market execution, and cross-border ecosystem development—with a focus on emerging technologies, institutional adoption, and public-private partnerships.

I hold an MBA from Wharton and degrees in computer science and social impact. My career includes scaling Microsoft's PE/VC partnerships vertical across APAC to $130M, serving as a Prime Minister's Fellow on Digital Payments and Digital Public Infrastructure, and advising the Reserve Bank Innovation Hub on AI governance and DPI strategy.

I currently run Dendrons.ai, an Applied AI Innovation Studio selected for Antler Singapore and Google Cloud for Startups. I also serve as Managing Director - Asia for Wharton Alumni Angels and lead SkillAI.academy, a training brand focused on AI governance and applied AI for institutions.

What I Work On

My work sits at the intersection of three domains:

  • Digital Innovation: Product strategy for emerging technologies, with recent focus on AI governance, digital public infrastructure, and healthcare coordination platforms.
  • Go-to-Market & Scale: Growth strategies, partnership development, and institutional sales—particularly in technology adoption by governments, financial institutions, and enterprise.
  • Cross-Border Ecosystems: Building partnerships and market entry strategies across Asia-Pacific, connecting innovation ecosystems between India, Singapore, and global markets.

Problems I'm Working On

Speech AI for Healthcare Access

How can voice-based AI interfaces improve healthcare access in low-literacy populations? What does responsible deployment look like when patient data meets conversational AI?

Institutional Adoption of AI

How do governments and regulated institutions build capacity for AI adoption—not just technical training, but organizational readiness, governance frameworks, and change management?

Digital Public Infrastructure Ecosystems

What makes DPI successful beyond the technology layer? How do you design for ecosystem participation, sustained innovation, and equitable value distribution?

NRI Healthcare Coordination

How can NRI families manage elderly parents' healthcare across fragmented providers in India? What's the right balance between technology coordination and human care?

Beyond Work

Outside of professional work, I have several deep interests that shape how I think and live.

Animals & Rescue

I have a profound connection with animals, particularly cats. I support animal rescue work and believe in the responsibility we have toward creatures who cannot advocate for themselves.

Meditation & Spirituality

I maintain a serious engagement with Vedic astrology, the Ramcharitmanas, and meditation practices. These aren't casual interests—they're frameworks I use to understand purpose, time, and uncertainty.

Cooking & Food

I find deep satisfaction in cooking—the precision, the sensory engagement, and the act of creating something nourishing. It's a grounding practice that connects to culture, memory, and care.

Travel & Curiosity

I've lived and worked across multiple continents, and I'm endlessly curious about how systems, cultures, and institutions work differently across contexts. Travel is less about tourism and more about pattern recognition.
